FENSA

F.T.P. Ltd is a FENSA registered company. FENSA is the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. To become part of the scheme, we had to meet entry criteria that included a commitment to complying with Building Regulations, evidence of general competence and commitment to fair trading and willingness to offer insurance-backed guarantees. As a member, we self-certify that our installations comply with current building regulations. The certificate we supply on completion of our work will be needed should you decide to sell your property.

Lloyd’s Independent Warranty

As your ultimate safeguard, all our work is covered by an Insured Guarantee. This means that our guarantee is insured for up to ten years and is underwritten by Lloyd’s of London.
